Docovia Telehealth Assistant supports live video appointments with grounded Q&A, structured intake capture, and real-time prompts that reduce friction for both patients and clinicians.
During a session, it can surface clinic-approved guidance, suggest next questions, and generate a clean visit summary. It’s built to be fast, unobtrusive, and easy to hand off to staff when needed.
The assistant is engineered for multi-tenant deployments, per-session policy guardrails, and auditability. Clinics can enable features selectively by brand, location, or provider role.
