Docovia Agent Orchestration is the control plane for tool-using agents across your clinic workflows. It enables assistants that don’t just answer questions—they can take safe, permissioned actions.
Agents can invoke approved tools to schedule, collect intake, generate summaries, route tickets, and trigger follow-ups. Each tenant controls what tools are allowed, which data sources can be retrieved, and what policies must be enforced.
The system is built for traceability: every tool call and decision can be audited, replayed, and reviewed. This makes it practical to deploy agentic automation in real operations without sacrificing safety or governance.
